It's an experience designed to help you find catharsis through photography. To be clear, I’m not a therapist in the traditional sense. But, I have studied social psychology and believe in the magic that art therapy brings to life. What is the process for starting a healing photography journey?

Once you’ve purchased your healing photography package, we’ll kick off our adventure with a judgment-free, confidential conversation; this is a 45-minute heart-to-heart, either face-to-face or online.
We'll delve deep into the emotions and experiences you want to immortalize or conquer, unearthing the intangible. Both of us will have an exciting homework to do.
2. Breathing Life into Emotions Together
We’ll collaborate on scenery, props, and wardrobe choices, ensuring every detail complements your inner narrative. Together, we’ll build the foundation for an unforgettable shoot.
Before the big day, I’ll invite you to another open conversation. The goal is to prepare you for the transformative experience that awaits. Having anxieties or second thoughts? We’ll talk it all through.
3. Embrace the Transformation
On the day of your shoot, we'll capture the magic as you interact with your externalized emotions and develop your new narrative in the process. This process gives form to feelings that words alone can’t express.
Throughout the shoot, expect gentle guidance and emotional support, allowing moments of self-reflection. As you’re posing to represent your inner journey, it's natural to sink into a deep catharsis.
